The scenery in the frame is a painting by the hands of God himself, the mesmerisingly coloured sky and mountains in the background compliments the green plains in the foreground with cows dotting the landscape, indeed an unfrgettable sight. "Village Mereka station!" The scenery transitted out and into smiling children. Apparently they knew at what time the train passed their homes and made it their business to stand at the tracks and wave to complete strangers; and cheer them up as they rushed on. Often whole families stood outside their homes, waving and smiling as if we were relatives. This was Malaysia.

ReplyDeleteI like your description.
ReplyDeleteYour use of the contrasting mountains and plains create an interesting setting to the eye, with high and low points. The mountains also highlighted your intended topic of togetherness and warm welcomes, since the mountains are so remote that few people live there but the togetherness exists.
I like your inserting of the chracters, the villagers, as welcoming people. Standing outside their houses just to wave and smile at tourists definitely gave me a very warm feeling. I liked the use of it.
Overall, job well done! :D
Sorry, I forgot to give you a grade. It's a B, sorry xD
